Containers

In 2001, a trip to a customs port in Argentina transforms the central elements of my paintings.

Containers take the foreground, and the realistic scenery gradually changes due to the use of the digital camera and graphic resources in the working process. The horizon remains in the landscape, but realism is slowly replaced by abstraction. The container is a mystery. You don't know what it holds. You don't know if it is full or empty.
